Step 2 – Market Appraisal of Property

We will view the selected property and conduct a market appraisal. We then provide you with independent written advice on where that property sits in the current market using data on area trends, recent sales and previous sales for the property.

Step 3 – Negotiate and secure the property

Based on the budget you have set, we negotiate directly with the Selling Agent, or attend the Auction, and bid for you on your behalf. This ensures that you get the property for the best price.

We act with researched knowledge which provides confidence in property negotiation and purchase. This helps reduce “emotional buying” resulting in you paying too much for a property.

After your offer has been accepted, or prior to Auction, we liaise with your Conveyancer/Solicitor to finalise the sale, right up to and including settlement. We strongly suggest that building and pest inspections or strata reports are obtained. We can organize this for you, at your cost.
